We live in an age when we find ourselves more and more isolated. We stay home. We watch television. We rent DVDs. We surf the Net. We talk on cell phones. We are, too often, alone. Yet we long for the companionship of others, and we long to feel the unfailing love of God through Jesus Christ.

We don't want you to be alone.  At Christ Church, our primary mission as a parish is to be an open and accepting community. Our baptismal vow as Christians is to seek and serve Christ in all persons, love our neighbor as ourselves, and respect the dignity of every human being.  We believe in God's love, and we reflect that love to others. We act as we pray for and support everyone who comes through our doors. We invite you to seek with us, walk with us and worship with us. Together, with God, we are on a remarkable journey of faith, hope and love.

Our principal act of worship is the celebration of the Holy Eucharist—a communion with God and with one another through the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. In this holy celebration, we become one in Christ's love. "We break this bread to share in the Body of Christ. We who are many are one body, for we all share in the one bread." There are no strangers at the Lord's Supper, for we are all beloved children of God, and God knows us each—intimately—to our very souls.  This is God's Table, and all are welcome!

Come. Walk with us, pray with us, worship with us. Whether you have been an Episcopalian since your birth, or you are just now trying to find a way to connect or reconnect with God and others through the love of Jesus Christ, you are welcome. All are welcome.
